Each of our technicians has at least 5 years industrial experience.  ACT has invested in machine controls and designed test fixtures to replicate plant operating systems.  This allows us to dynamically test and simulate actual operating systems.  We have test fixtures encompassing many of the OEMs including Allen Bradley, Fanuc, Square D, Siemens, Barber Coleman,  AMK , ANDRIVE , BAUTZ , BAUMUELLER , ELAU , GROSCHOPP , FAGOR ,   KOLLMORGEN, Seidel , Jetter , Lenze, SEM , MAVILOR , SSB Antriebstechnik , Rexroth Bosch , Rockwell  , MITSUBISHI , Emerson  CT , SIEMENS and so forth. 

ACT's technicians can also reverse engineer obsolete components that are no longer supported by the OEM.  This can provide substantial savings as opposed to large capital investments in new equipment. 
We also offer one year warranty for all in-house repair from in-service date.

Here at Shanghai ACT, we are proud to say that we were the first in our industry to offer a 12 month warranty, and stand by this as a commitment to providing value to our customers. A typical warranty for the industry is 3 months from the date that the repair is completed. Since most companies stock backup parts and sometimes the repaired items end up on a shelf as a backup, 3 months can easily pass before the part is even used. This is why we offer a 12 month warranty.

Standard turnaround on most items is within 7-10 days of approval, and we even offer expedited repair options such as rush and emergency rush in times of crisis. If your items can't be repaired, we offer fast replacement options as well to service your immediate needs. We even offer pick-up and delivery!
